Replacing your windows should be straightforward and well organized from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us—from the first conversation to the final installation.

Initial Contact
Start by calling or emailing us with the basics of your project. Let us know the type of windows or doors you’re interested in, the approximate quantity, your location, and your timeframe. Based on this information, we’ll discuss available options and provide preliminary pricing.

Consultation and Initial Measurement
Next, we’ll contact you to gather a few more details and schedule an in-home consultation. During this visit, we take initial measurements and review the best product options for your home, including style, design, and energy efficiency. In some cases, if you can provide sufficient information and rough measurements, we may be able to provide pricing by phone or email.

Detailed Quote
After reviewing your needs, we prepare a detailed quote with product options that match your requirements and budget.

Exact Measurement
Once you approve the quote and submit the deposit, our Measure Technician will schedule a visit to take precise measurements for manufacturing. This requires access to both the interior and exterior of your home to ensure an exact fit.

Manufacturing and Order Confirmation
Your exact measurements are sent to the manufacturer and materials are reserved specifically for your project. The manufacturer then provides us with an expected delivery date for your windows or doors.

Scheduling the Installation
As soon as the delivery date is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule the installation. We work to organize our teams efficiently and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a rescheduling fee. Keep in mind that moving the installation date may delay the project depending on crew availability.

Installation Day
Installation times vary depending on the size of the project, but our team typically arrives between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. On the day of installation, our installers will:
Prepare and protect the work areas
Remove your existing windows or doors
Install the new products
Clean up all debris
Demonstrate how to operate your new windows and doors
We will also confirm that the work meets the specifications in your agreement and provide a project completion certificate.

Final Documentation
After installation, you’ll receive your final payment receipt along with all warranty documentation.
