This 6-story senior living center in Lakewood received comprehensive window renovation services from Smart Windows. Partnering with Pinkard Construction, we completed demolition of existing windows and installed 325 Armaclad Fiberglass Windows across 225 units. Our four-month project enhanced resident safety, comfort, and energy performance while meeting stringent ADA accessibility standards for senior housing facilities.
